How Raw Real Deal handles your information.

1. Information we collect

Raw Real Deal collects information you voluntarily submit, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number when provided, website, service interests, company context, project needs, preferred contact method, timeline, collaboration details, mailing-list consent, service selections, and onboarding responses.

Checkout records may include a service, package, duration, total, payment status, payment provider, and provider reference. Raw Real Deal does not collect or store full card numbers, wallet credentials, financing logins, payment-provider passwords, or secret account credentials through this website.

The site records limited first-party conversion events, such as package selections, checkout starts, form completions, and payment redirects. These events contain the page and non-sensitive event details, not full payment information. Short-lived hashed technical identifiers may be used to rate-limit forms and prevent abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table.

2. How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, recommend and deliver services, prepare scopes, process and verify payments, support onboarding, manage collaboration requests, maintain business records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and send requested email communications.

3. Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and payments. The website currently directs payment to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information under its own notice and terms.

4. Marketing communications

Raw Real Deal sends marketing email only after a subscriber provides the requested consent. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests can also be submitted through the website.

5. Retention

Contact and collaboration inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active relationship, dispute, security matter, or legal obligation. Order and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years. Mailing-list information is retained until you unsubscribe; a limited suppression record may be kept to honor that request. Information that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

Raw Real Deal uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, secret API keys, full payment details, or other sensitive credentials through public forms or ordinary email.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to identity verification and information Raw Real Deal must retain for legal, security, contractual, or accounting reasons. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

8. Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and Raw Real Deal does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Google Maps and location

Raw Real Deal does not currently request or cache a visitor’s device location through this website. If a future feature changes this practice, this notice will be updated before that feature is made available.
