1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Raw Real Deal (“Raw Real Deal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access this website, submit an inquiry, select a service, approve a proposal or statement of work, or make a payment. By doing any of those things, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and that you have authority to bind the business or organization you represent.

If a signed proposal, statement of work, or other written service agreement conflicts with these Terms, that document controls only for the specific service it covers.

2. Services and scope

Raw Real Deal provides business-to-business customer experience and operations services, including VIP client relations and key account management, CRM and data management, customer journey mapping and executive standard operating procedures, and VIP email and live-chat customer support. Available packages, schedules, deliverables, and rates may change over time.

Your selected service includes only the scope shown on the applicable package page, checkout page, proposal, or statement of work. New deliverables, added channels, expedited deadlines, extra service days, or work outside that scope require written approval and may require additional fees.

3. Daily rates, duration, and totals

Unless a written proposal says otherwise, prices displayed on the site are daily service rates. Your total is the selected daily rate multiplied by the number of service days selected. For example, a service priced at $150 per day costs $150 for one day, $450 for three days, and $4,500 for 30 days. Taxes, financing charges, network fees, or payment-provider fees may be added where disclosed or required.

A service day is a reserved workday and does not necessarily mean continuous 24-hour availability. The final schedule, working hours, communication channels, milestones, and start date are confirmed after payment and onboarding requirements are complete.

4. Payments and payment providers

Available checkout methods may include Square, Cash App, debit or credit card through Stripe, Apple Pay, Affirm, PayPal, and Bitcoin through BitPay. A method shown on the site may be unavailable for a particular customer, device, currency, country, transaction, or merchant-account status. Work is not confirmed until the applicable provider reports a successful payment.

Payment providers process transactions under their own terms and privacy practices. Affirm determines eligibility and repayment terms for financing. Apple Pay availability depends on device and browser support. BitPay cryptocurrency invoices may use a time-limited exchange rate, and blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Raw Real Deal does not control provider declines, holds, identity checks, chargeback reviews, network delays, or financing decisions.

You authorize Raw Real Deal and the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for accurate billing information, sufficient funds, applicable taxes, and any bank, financing, conversion, or network fees imposed on you.

5. Scheduling and client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely, accurate information, decisions, approvals, brand guidance, content, and access reasonably needed to perform the services. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to share all materials, customer data, accounts, and credentials you provide.

Delays in access, feedback, approvals, or other dependencies may move the schedule without reducing the agreed fees. Raw Real Deal may pause work when required information, access, or payment is missing. You remain responsible for reviewing deliverables and business decisions before implementation.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to rawrealdealsupport@gmail.com. If you cancel before work begins, amounts paid for unstarted service days may be refunded, less payment-provider fees and other nonrecoverable costs actually incurred. Once work begins, completed service days, completed deliverables, and committed third-party costs are nonrefundable.

Requests concerning unused prepaid service days will be reviewed based on work completed, reserved capacity, and costs already committed. If Raw Real Deal cancels a service without your breach, we will refund the unearned prepaid amount for work we will not perform. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.

7. Credentials, data, and confidentiality

Do not send passwords, card details, secret API keys, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary email or public forms. Use a secure method agreed to during onboarding, provide only the minimum access required, and revoke access when the engagement ends.

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party’s nonpublic business information and will use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, rightfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Ownership and permitted use

You retain ownership of materials and data you provide. Raw Real Deal retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, processes, know-how, tools, generalized methods, and other materials developed independently of your engagement.

After full payment, you may use the final deliverables created specifically for your business for your internal business purposes. Any third-party materials remain subject to their separate licenses. Drafts, unused concepts, and Raw Real Deal’s underlying tools and methods are not transferred unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

9. Third-party services

Services may depend on platforms such as CRM systems, email or chat tools, payment providers, analytics services, hosting services, or other third-party products. You are responsible for your accounts and for complying with those providers’ terms. Raw Real Deal is not responsible for a third party’s outage, security incident, policy change, suspension, pricing change, or discontinued feature.

10. Google Maps Platform

If Raw Real Deal enables a feature powered by Google Maps Platform, that feature is also governed by Google’s terms. By using any Google Maps feature made available through this website, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service.

Raw Real Deal does not currently request or cache a user’s device location through this website. If a future Maps feature changes that practice, these Terms will be updated before that feature is made available.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware or deceptive content, interfere with site security, obtain unauthorized access, abuse payment disputes, or direct Raw Real Deal to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading conduct. We may refuse, pause, or terminate work reasonably believed to violate this section.

12. No guaranteed outcomes

Raw Real Deal will provide the services with reasonable care and professional effort. Business, revenue, customer retention, platform, and operational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular financial result, response time from third parties, conversion rate, ranking, approval, or uninterrupted operation.

Except for promises expressly stated in a signed agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from these Terms or the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Real Deal’s total liability arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid Raw Real Deal for that service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raw Real Deal and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from materials or instructions you provide, your unlawful use of the services, your violation of another party’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Raw Real Deal’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Suspension and termination

Either party may end an engagement as allowed by its proposal or statement of work. Raw Real Deal may suspend or terminate access or services for nonpayment, unlawful or abusive conduct, security risk, failure to provide required cooperation, or material breach. Upon termination, you must pay amounts earned and noncancelable costs incurred through the termination date. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment, confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

16. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and to make a good-faith effort to resolve it for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Raw Real Deal is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any unresolved claim may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights or venue requirements under applicable law.

17. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless a change is required sooner by law or a third-party service. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an engagement without our written consent. These Terms and any applicable written service agreement are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter.
